Year 3 visit to Sainsburys
Year 3 have been learning about money this week in maths. To help them understand more about finding totals and getting change, they walked to Sainsburys and were able to use their new skills to buy some items.

Yesterday some of our children represented Acton Gardens Primary at a sitting volleyball competition at Featherstone High.
They were fantastic competitors and won the tournament.
Here they are at assembly this morning receiving their medals and trophy.
Well done team!

This week we have been working with Trees for Cities.
They have given us different trees and lots of plants for our playground.
They helped us to plant them in the Infant playground and we also made a bark mulch path.
